Democrats Saddam Paid for Lawmakers' Iraq Trip -- An indictment unsealed in Detroit accuses Muthanna Al-Hanooti, a member of a Michigan nonprofit group, of arranging for three members of Congress to travel to Iraq in October 2002 at the behest of Saddam's regime. Prosecutors say Iraqi intelligence officials paid for the trip through an intermediary. The lawmakers are not named in the indictment but the dates correspond to a trip by Democratic Reps. Jim McDermott of Washington, David Bonior of Michigan and Mike Thompson of California. Link 3/27/2008
Code Pink Report Cites Increase in Attacks on Military Recruiting Centers -- windows and bomb scares are growing threats for recruiters working to find young men and women to join the U.S. military, according to a new report that claims attacks on military recruiting stations are on the rise. The report, issued by a not-for-profit group that supports members of the military, calls the incidents — including the spray-painting of graffiti — "attacks," and claims there have been more than 50 since March 2003. "The peace protesters are not peaceful," said Catherine Moy, executive director of Move America Forward, which released the report. "They are violent. They are causing havoc in an illegal manner on recruiting offices across the United States." Link 3/26/2008
Internet U.S. Based Revolution Muslim Website Spreading Messages of Hate -- RevolutionMuslim.com isn't being maintained in some remote safe house in Pakistan. Instead, Yousef al-Khattab, the Web site creator, runs it from his home in the New York City Borough of Queens. And, because al-Khattab enjoys the First Amendment right to freedom of speech, all the authorities can do is watch. Formerly known as Joseph Cohen, al-Khattab is an American-born Jew who converted to Islam after attending an Orthodox Rabbinical school, which he later described as a "racist cult." The 39-year-old New York taxi driver launched RevolutionMuslim.com with the mission of "preserving Islamic culture." Link 3/26/2008
Dhimmi Web Host Suspends Site Planned For Anti-Koran Film -- A U.S.-based web service, which Islam critic and Dutch right-wing lawmaker Geert Wilders planned to use to show his film critical of the Koran, said on Saturday that it had inactivated the site due to complaints. "This site has been suspended while Network Solutions is investigating whether the site's content is in violation of the Network Solutions Acceptable Use Policy," the company said on the site www.fitnathemovie.com. United Nations UN Expenses increase 25% — for what? -- Despite long-standing efforts by successive U.S. administrations to rein in U.N. spending, the United Nations this month presented its top donors with a request for nearly $1.1 billion in additional funds over the next two years — boosting current U.N. expenses by 25 percent and marking the global body’s highest-ever administrative budget, according to internal U.N. memos. Barack Hussein Obama Worsening Polls Reveal Obama's Pastor Problem -- Democrat Barack Obama suffered in the polls Thursday after a much-acclaimed speech on race that, pundits said, had failed to defuse voters' anger over rage-filled sermons by his former pastor. Waging an acrimonious battle against Hillary Clinton for the Democrats' White House nomination, Obama confessed to being bruised by the controversy surrounding his longtime Chicago preacher, Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Khalil Gibran Academy NY Appeals Court Rejects Claim By Arabic School Principal -- A federal appeals court says the former principal of an Arabic-themed public school cannot force New York City to give her another shot at getting her job back. The 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals agreed Thursday that Debbie Almontaser (as acting in her official capacity when she made controversial statements to the press. The trouble started when she discussed the term Intifada. Critics said Almontaser should have condemned the use of the word on T-shirts made by a youth organization. Link 3/20/2008
Barack Hussein Obama Key Questions Still Left After Obama Speech -- The beauty of a speech is that you don't just give the answers, you provide your own questions. "Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes." So said Barack Obama, in his Philadelphia speech about his pastor, friend, mentor and spiritual adviser of 20 years, Jeremiah Wright. An interesting, if belated, admission. But the more important question is: which "controversial" remarks? Link 3/20/2008
Barack HUssein Obama Obama Church Published Hamas Terror Manifesto -- Sen. Barack Obama's Chicago church reprinted a manifesto by Hamas that defended terrorism as legitimate resistance, refused to recognize the right of Israel to exist and compared the terror group's official charter – which calls for the murder of Jews – to America's Declaration of Independence. Barack Hussein Obama Obama's Lead Over Clinton Narrows -- Democrat Barack Obama's big national lead over Hillary Clinton has all but evaporated in the U.S. presidential race, and both Democrats trail Republican John McCain, according a Reuters/Zogby poll released on Wednesday. The poll showed Obama had only a statistically insignificant lead of 47 percent to 44 percent over Clinton, down sharply from a 14 point edge he held over her in February when he was riding the tide of 10 straight victories. (The BIG NEWS is that McCain beats them both) Link 3/19/2008
NY Times The New Dhimmi Times -- Totalitarians have an uncanny appreciation for the subversive effect of foreign propagandists. The Nazis had Lord Haw-Haw, Imperial Japan its Tokyo Rose, the Soviets the World Council of Churches (among many others) and the North Vietnamese Jane Fonda. Now, our time’s totalitarian ideologues, the Islamofascists, have the New York Times. Link 3/19/2008
ANSWER DC Moonbat Convergence (photos) -- Another day, another protest. Today is ANSWER’s “Day of Action”. Since the Iraq War started five years ago today, all of the organizations that have sprung up to cash in on the war decided to have an eight-ring circus in downtown Washington DC, because as one IVAW member told me, the war is about money - apparently for the moonbats, too. John Conyers Judiciary Chair "Struggling" With Decision to Impeach Bush -- At a gathering of liberal activists in Washington on Tuesday, Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) was asked if he would commit to holding the Bush administration accountable once a Democrat is in the White House and illegal acts have been pinned on President Bush. "Yes, you have my word on that," Conyers replied. He then shook the questioner's hand as a sign of his commitment. Link 3/19/2008
Political Correctness "Speak English" Signs OK At Philly Shop -- The owner of a famous cheesesteak shop did not discriminate when he posted signs asking customers to speak English, a city panel ruled Wednesday. In a 2-1 vote, a Commission on Human Relations panel found that two signs at Geno's Steaks telling customers, "This is America: WHEN ORDERING 'PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH,'" do not violate the city's Fair Practices Ordinance. Barack Hussein Obama Double Life of Barack Obama -- While talking about bringing us together and deploring "divisive" actions, Senator Obama has for 20 years been a member of a church whose minister, Jeremiah Wright, has said that "God Bless America" should be replaced by "God damn America," among many other wild and even obscene denunciations of American society, including blanket racist attacks on whites. Chris Matthews Chris Matthews Hails Obama Speech As "Worthy of Abraham Lincoln" (ha, ha, ha!) -- On Tuesday night's "Hardball", Chris Matthews praised the current Democratic frontrunner's speech on race as "Worthy of Abraham Lincoln," and also claimed it bypassed Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have A Dream" address as the "best speech ever given on race in this country." Of Barack Obama's speech in Philadelphia today, Matthews went on to declare: "I think this is the kind of speech I think first graders should see, people in the last year of college should see before they go out in the world. This should be, to me, an American tract." Link 3/18/2008
Code Pink Violent Attacks By Anti-War Radicals Against Military Recruiting Centers -- Titled "The Sedition Report," the document released by the pro-troop organization Move America Forward (website: http://www.MoveAmericaForward.org) followed a month-long exhaustive investigation into actions by anti-war activists against military recruiting centers including bombs planted at recruiting centers (Times Square - NY and St.Louis, MO), shots fired at a recruiting center (Denver, CO), firebombing of recruiters cars (in Alabama and Maryland), manure and feces smeared across recruiting centers (Toledo, OH and Milwaukee, WI) and on and on. YouTube Why Are Reverend Wright Videos Disappearing From YouTube? -- There was a video posted by the Trinity United Church of Christ, which I found on their YouTube page, of Louis Farrakhan being honored with the Jeremiah A. Wright Trumpeter award. It's gone from YouTube. And there was a video of disgraced Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick receiving a similar award. It's gone from YouTube, too. But the one I'm really mad about is the one of the church's new pastor, Otis Moss III, talking about gangster rap and crack cocaine. They pulled that one, as well. Link 3/17/2008
Hillary Clinton Clinton Says "We Cannot Win" Iraq War (Al Qaeda celebrates!) -- Democrat Hillary Clinton charged on Monday the Iraq war may end up costing Americans $1 trillion and further strain the economy, as she made her case for a prompt U.S. troop pullout from a war "we cannot win." BBC Row Over BBC Drama Which Shows Jesus Crucified In The Foetal Position -- BBC is facing accusations of rewriting the Easter story by claiming Christ was nailed to the cross in a foetal position. Associated Press AP Covering for Obama's Pastor -- The mainstream media are completely, utterly in the tank for Barack Obama. After ignoring the Rev. Wright scandal for as long as possible, the Associated Press is now filing blatant whitewash pieces like this one, in which they don’t even tell the reader what Barack Obama’s pastor actually said: Obama decries racial rhetoric. Wright’s sermons were just “inflammatory,” in some oddly unspecific way. Link 3/16/2008

Barack Hussein Obama Obama’s Church Sanitizes Website -- The 160-word section has since been deleted from the About Us page, replaced by videotaped testimonials from church members extolling the virtues of the church, including a white official from the parent United Church of Christ who said she feels welcome at predominantly black Trinity. JIhad Lessons In Jihad As Secret Terror Manual Translated By MI5 Is Made Public By America -- The amazing series of events that led to an Al Qaeda terrorist manual becoming freely available on the internet can be revealed today. Only last week a terror suspect was jailed in Britain for having a copy of it and told that its possession was a "serious criminal offence." But the deadly document, described as a Declaration of Jihad, is a public record in the US, after being translated from Arabic and typed up for MI5, passed to the American authorities and then declassified by the Department of Justice. The manual includes advice on planning kidnappings, bombings, assassinations and torture. Link 3/15/2008
Barack Hussein Obama ChiTrib Notes Obama Sponsored Pork To Aid Wife's Hospital -- Among the pork-barrel spending requests Barack Obama has made since arriving in the U.S. Senate is $1 million for the hospital where his wife worked at the time and $8 million for weapons technology made by a big defense contractor with close ties to a major fundraiser. Obama released on Thursday a list of all his requests for earmarked federal spending in 2005 and 2006. He already had released a list of spending requests made in 2007. In among them was a request for $1 million in federal funding in 2006 for a new pavilion at the University of Chicago Hospitals, where his wife, Michelle Obama, was a vice president. Link 3/15/2008
Nancy Pelosi Pelosi's Delegate Stance Boosts Obama -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says it would be damaging to the Democratic party for its leaders to buck the will of national convention delegates picked in primaries and caucuses, a declaration that gives a boost to Sen. Barack Obama. Code Pink The Ugly Face Of Peace Anti-War Style -- Telling tales on moonbats drives the anti-war crowd into a frenzy as Move America Forward (MAF) found out this afternoon at Washington D.C.’s National Press Club. MAF was releasing its investigative report on the nationwide plague of attacks against military recruiting centers (The Sedition Report) when members of CodePink, International ANSWER and Global Exchange went hog-wild. Heckling, screaming and spitting obscenities, they charged that MAF’s claims of improper actions by anti-war radicals were all lies, that the anti-military activists had been nothing but peaceful. Sharia Sharia at Harvard? -- Of all the evasions, obfuscations and diversions uttered by UCLA’s Professor of Law Khaled Abou el Fadl yesterday [ i.e., March 5, 2008] at the Harvard Divinity School, none was more revealing than his opening declaration that Sharia Law’s compatibility or incompatibility with human rights was wholly “vacuous” and “irrelevant”. None of the 60 or so, mostly Muslim attendees, seemed to have had a problem with this statement. The audience reaction, from both Mr. Fadl’s academic colleagues (among whom was Harvard’s Roy Mottahedeh, Gurney Professor of History, specialist in Persian history) and students was more disturbing than the actual presentation. Democrats House Dems Refuse Immunity For Telecoms -- Locked in a standoff with the White House, House Democrats on Tuesday maintained their refusal to shield from civil lawsuits telecommunications companies that helped the government eavesdrop on their customers without a secret court's permission. Berkeley The Daily Show Goes To Berkeley, With Predictable Results -- Correspondent (and former Marine) Rob Riggle of The Daily Show went to Berkeley to explore the Marine recruiting center controversy, disguised as a scarily accurate hippie throwback "to earn the trust of the locals." Barack Hussein Obama Voting Barack Hussein Obama -- These days no one, especially New York Senator Hillary Clinton, can deny the charismatic magnitude of Democratic front runner Barack Obama. Watching him on television one cannot help but be drawn into the passion of his presentation. His commanding voice, reminiscent of WWE superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, is a welcome relief after several years of the bumbling oratory of President George W. Bush. Americans, for a variety of reasons, appreciate this man’s polished presentation whether they like his politics or not. Many are so enraptured by his presence that they are willing to swear allegiance to this elections “change” candidate while ignoring the fact that Mr. Obama really isn’t saying much of anything at all. Barrack Hussein Obama Of Course Terrorists Would Rejoice At Obama Win -- Was Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King on the mark last week when he asserted Islamic terrorists would rejoice if Sen. Barack Obama becomes the next U.S. president? As a journalist and author who has conducted dozens of on-the-record interviews with Muslim terrorists, including with some of the most notorious Palestinian terror leaders, and who has documented many of those interviews in a recently released, 210-page book, "Schmoozing with Terrorists," I can answer the above question with a resounding "yes." Terrorists worldwide would indeed be emboldened by an Obama election victory not so much because of the senator's middle name – Hussein – or because of his family background, but because terrorists know many of Obama's policies would translate into victory for the global jihad movement. Obama has made clear he favors a swift American withdrawal from Iraq, direct dialogue with Iran – the largest state sponsor of terrorism – and a more "evenhanded" approach toward the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Geraldine Ferraro Obama "Very Lucky To Be Who He Is" -- Former vice presidential candidate Geraldine Ferraro, who appeared on the Democratic ticket in 1984, is the latest high-profile figure to cause a stir with comments about one of the Democratic presidential frontunners. "If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position," Ferraro told California's "Daily Breeze" newspaper. "And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position. Democrats The House Budget's $3,000-Per-Household Tax Increase -- Despite healthy tax revenues and federal spending that tops $25,000 per household, the House Democratic majority has proposed a fiscal year (FY) 2009 federal budget that: 1. Raises taxes by $1.265 trillion over five years and $3.911 trillion over 10 years, or more than $3,135per household annually; 2. Includes 17 reserve funds that could be used to raise taxes by hundreds of billions more; 3. Increases discretionary spending by 8 percent and does not terminate a single wasteful program; and 4. Completely ignores the impending explosion of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid costs. Link 3/10/2008

Muslim Brotherhood The Muslim Brotherhood’s "Grand Jihad" in Toledo -- It might only be the shores of Lake Erie, but the Muslim Brotherhood has established an invasion beachhead in Toledo. The most recent landing by the international Islamic extremist organization was last weekend when the Muslim American Society (MAS) – the ideological arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the US, identified as such by the Department of Justice in a court filing back in December – held a conference at the University of Toledo. Perhaps it’s no coincidence that the Department of Homeland Security recently added Toledo to the list of high-risk terrorism areas. Link 3/10/2008
Burqa Required Reading At Harvard -- Six thousand students attend Harvard University. But apparently six of the students are more equal than the rest. Last week Harvard restricted a specific campus gymnasium for use by ‘Muslim Women Only’. Why? Because six Muslim women have stated that their religious beliefs prohibit them from working out in front of men. These six women - who in total sum up 1/10th of 1 percent of the entire campus population - are not arguing about equality for gender or religion. They are not on a crusade for preservations of rights or privileges bestowed upon others. Rather, they have successfully convinced Harvard University that, because they are Muslim, they deserve special accommodation. Not the same treatment mind you - but special and extra accommodation because of their religion. This is not religious tolerance; its religious preference. And as a country, we suffer from some kind of collective political-correctness-gone-amok/Christian-Guilt when it comes to people of the Islamic faith. Unlike the many other religions practiced freely throughout the United States, when it comes to Islam mere tolerance and acceptance is not enough. We must show some kind of ‘super-tolerance.’ The other 5,994 Harvard students are the latest in the wave of required super-tolerant. Link 3/10/2008
Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy Are Taxpayers Footing Bill For Islamic School In Minnesota? -- The Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA) is named for the Muslim general who conquered medieval Spain. It is a K-8 charter school in Inver Grove Heights. Its approximately 300 students are mostly the children of low-income Muslim immigrant families, many of them Somalis. The school is in huge demand, with a waiting list of 1,500. Last fall, it opened a second campus in Blaine. TIZA uses the language of culture rather than religion to describe its program in public documents. According to its mission statement, the school "recognizes and appreciates the traditions, histories, civilizations and accomplishments of the eastern world (Africa, Asia and Middle East)." But the line between religion and culture is often blurry. There are strong indications that religion plays a central role at TIZA, which is a public school financed by Minnesota taxpayers. Under the U.S. and state constitutions, a public school can accommodate students' religious beliefs but cannot encourage or endorse religion. Link 3/9/2008
Barack Hussein Obama Obama Wins In Wyoming, Adds 7 Delegates -- Sen. Barack Obama captured the Wyoming Democratic caucuses Saturday, seizing a bit of momentum in the close, hard-fought race with rival Sen. The Illinois senator has now won 13 caucuses to Clinton's three. Link 3/9/2008
Michelle Obama Michelle Obama’s "Mean America" Statement Gets A Nearly Free Media Pass -- On Wednesday, NewsBusters' Noel Sheppard noted the following comments by Michelle Obama in her recent New Yorker Magazine profile by Lauren Collins: Obama begins with a broad assessment of life in America in 2008, and life is not good: we're a divided country, we're a country that is "just downright mean," we are "guided by fear," we're a nation of cynics, sloths, and complacents. "We have become a nation of struggling folks who are barely making it every day," she said, as heads bobbed in the pews. "Folks are just jammed up, and it's gotten worse over my lifetime. Barrack Hussein Obama The "Evolving" Barack Obama -- When a liberal politician changes his mind, particularly when he journeys to an even more liberal position, you can count on his fellow travelers in the media to refer to such a fortuitous happenstance as an "evolution." A case study of this phenomenon is to be found on the front page of today’s Boston Globe. The story promises to look into Barack Obama's changing positions on Iraq, or, as the headline puts it, "Obama stance on Iraq shows evolving view." The Globe reports. Link 3/8/2008
Barack Hussein Obama Racist Remarks? You Decide. -- "I don't want to disparage anyone because of their race, their ethnicity, their name or whatever their religion their father might have been," he said. "I'll just say this: When you think about the option of a Barack Obama potentially getting elected President of the United States, I mean, what does this look like to the rest of the world? What does it look like to the world of Islam?" He continued: "I will tell you that, if he is elected president, then the radical Islamists, the al-Qaida, the radical Islamists and their supporters, will be dancing in the streets in greater numbers than they did on September 11 because they will declare victory in this War on Terror. Additionally, his middle name (Hussein) does matter," King said. "It matters because they read a meaning into that in the rest of the world. That has a special meaning to them. They will be dancing in the streets because of his middle name. They will be dancing in the streets because of who his father was and because of his posture that says: Pull out of the Middle East and pull out of this conflict." He continued: "There are implications that have to do with who he is and the position that he's taken. If he were strong on national defense and said 'I'm going to go over there and we're going to fight and we're going to win, we'll come home with a victory,' that's different. But that's not what he said. They will be dancing in the streets if he's elected president. That has a chilling aspect on how difficult it will be to ever win this Global War on Terror." Code Pink Special Report: Tracing The Left’s Escalating War On Military Recruiters -- Ideas have consequences. Inaction has consequences. For the past several years, I’ve chronicled the Left’s escalating war on military recruiters–and the apathetic, weak-kneed response to it. In Unhinged, I devoted a sub-section of my chapter “They Don’t Support Our Troops” to the organized campaign of harassment against recruitment offices on college campuses nationwide. The anti-recruiter thugs have thrived thanks to a combination of public indifference, law enforcement fecklessness, and left-wing ideological apologism. As you may recall, I have personal experience with the anti-recruiter propagandists, who lie through their teeth, exploit media sympathy, and harbor nothing but raw hatred for the men and women who protect and defend their rights to bitch and moan. Democrats Report: Bush May Veto Anti-Torture Bill -- .S. President George Bush will likely veto a bill that outlaws the intense harsh interrogation of terrorist suspects, The Christian Science Monitor reported. Advocates of the bill reportedly argue that it is an attempt by Congress to restore legal and moral clarity to the United State's war against terror. Link 3/7/2008
Democrats Democrats' Battle Is A War Over Culture -- The results of March 4 proved there are also two Democratic Parties. Beer-track Democrats have preferred more practical-minded pols. Link 3/7/2008
Richard Belzer Richard Belzer Hopes Obama Redefines "Warmongering, Intolerant," America -- "We've been redefined for seven years now as a war-mongering, far right, intolerant nation who's raping our own atmosphere and demonizing the poor and letting the banks rob us blind. I think if, any incremental move away from that would be a Godsend. And I think Obama will, at the very least, put the breaks on this madness and in some ways heal it. Another thing, if I may Geraldo, being a man of color, I think the rest of the world, if they see that America elects a man of color I think they'll breathe a big sigh of relief and not think that we're this warmongering, rich white guy country." Bennett told the UCI audience, "At the Post I want more Muslim readers and I want more Muslim journalists." JIhad Jury Convicts Former Navy Sailor Of Leaking Details About His Own Ship -- A former Navy sailor was convicted Wednesday of leaking details about ship movements to suspected terrorism supporters, an act that could have endangered his own crewmates. Jurors convicted Hassan Abu-Jihaad, 32, of Phoenix of providing material support to terrorists and disclosing classified national defense information on the second day of deliberations. The American-born Muslim convert formerly known as Paul R. Hall faces up to 25 years in federal prison when he is sentenced in May. Link 3/5/2008
CBS CBS "60 Minutes": Military "Can’t Trust Weapon That Doesn’t Kill" -- In a story on Sunday’s CBS "60 Minutes," on a new non-lethal ray gun developed by the Pentagon, anchor David Martin explained why such a weapon is not yet on the battlefield: "Pentagon officials call it a major breakthrough which could change the rules of war and save huge numbers of lives in Iraq. But it's still not there. That's because, in the middle of a war, the military just can't bring itself to trust a weapon that doesn't kill." Link 3/4/2008
NBC NBC Casts Ex-POW Arizona Politician As Murdering Cannibal -- Monday’s NBC psychic crime drama "Medium" featured a plot line in which an Arizona senator and former POW is discovered to be a two-time murderer and a cannibal. While it is safe to assume that the story was written before the Hollywood writers’ strike, and before the rise of John McCain to front-runner status for the GOP presidential nomination, the blatant use of McCain’s personal history, as a politician and Vietnam POW, as grist to feed the murderous plot is obvious. Toledo Terror Trial Begins In Ohio -- Jury selection began Tuesday in the trial of three men charged with plotting to recruit and train terrorists to attack U.S. and allied troops overseas. Mohammad Zaki Amawi, Marwan Othman El-Hindi and Wassim I. Mazloum are accused of conspiring to kill or maim people outside the United States, including military personnel in Iraq. They have all pleaded not guilty. Link 3/4/2008
Barack Hussein Obama The Audacity Of Silence About Tony Rezko -- Jury selection began Monday in Chicago in the trial of Syrian-born businessman Antoin "Tony" Rezko, a major supporter of Barack Obama. Two days before the 2006 elections in which Democrats won by running against a "culture of corruption," Chicago newspapers revealed that Obama purchased a home in the summer of 2005 for $1.6 million, but to complete the deal, he would need to buy an adjoining parcel for $625,000. Instead, Mrs. Rezko bought the parcel, and they closed on the properties on the same day. Rezko was already under federal investigation for kickback schemes. Link 3/4/2008
Bush Derangement Syndrome Vt. Towns Approve Bush "Indictment" -- Voters in two Vermont towns approved measures Tuesday calling for the indictment of President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for what they consider violations of the Constitution. More symbolic than anything, the items sought to have police arrest Bush and Cheney if they ever visit Brattleboro or nearby Marlboro or to extradite them for prosecution elsewhere — if they're not impeached first. Mainstream Media Chicago Sun-Times Columnist's Outrageous Support Of Racist Louis Farrakhan -- Chicago Sun-Times columnist Mary Mitchell has proven that skin color is deeper than hate in her Sunday column as she scolded Barack Obama for distancing himself from the endorsement of the racist Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan. Mitchell scoffed at Barack's denouncement of Farrakhan as merely a "game" to placate racist white people and tried to pump up the legitimacy of Farrakhan at the same time. Shockingly Mitchell excused every hateful thing ever said by Farrakhan and said that Barack should have "found a way" to accept Farrakhan's endorsement "without denigrating Farrakhan's legacy." YouTube Free Expression Quashed: YouTube Removes ‘Blasphemies’ Against Islam -- The Islamofascists are mad at YouTube… or at least they were. They aren’t anymore, of course, because YouTube has folded to a cyberterror campaign launched in Islamabad, Pakistan. Islamists in Pakistan launched a cyber attack against YouTube over the video service’s hosting of the trailer to a Dutch documentary that claims that Islamic doctrine is an “inspiration for intolerance, murder and terror.” Link 3/3/2008
Flying Imams Flying Imams Want Well In Excess Of $100,000 Each For Hurt Feelings -- Ahmed Shqeirat: Plaintiff Shqeirat has suffered intangible losses including pain, suffering, loss of liberty, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress, humiliation, and the like. Because the damages are intangible, it is difficult to itemize the dollar amount of each element of the alleged damages. Plaintiff estimates the dollar amount of his damages to be well in excess of $100,000. [So that's well in excess $100,000 in intangible damages. We haven't gotten to the tangible damages yet.] Mr. Shqeirat's tangible damages include expenses incurred as a result of the inconvenience of traveling on airlines other than US Airways. [It should be noted that Mr. Shqeirat, or any of the other imams, are permitted to fly on US Airways, so the inconvenience is purely manufactured.] Link 3/3/2008
Barack Hussein Obama Obama Feels Comfortable In His Church -- In a speech in Texas today, Barack Obama says he "feels comfortable in his church." That is his 'afro-centric, America-hating church' don't forget. That says a lot, doesn't it? I feel 'comfortable' saying Obama will not be a good choice for President of the United States. Berkeley Marines Protests Costly in Berkeley -- The protests that continue in Berkeley over the Marine’s recruiting station come at a hefty price tag for the city. Berkeley City Manager Phil Kamlarz says Berkeley police are spending $20,000 each time such a protest is held, to make sure that the demonstrators don’t get physical with each other. ”This is a relatively minor issue in terms of the cost. It’s cost us $110,000 in police overtime,” said Kamlarz. Link 3/2/2008
Sharia "Shari’a Is Already Here. And You Didn’t Even Notice." -- At Vanderbilt University in Tennessee on January 17, 2008, Yvonne Ridley was asked to explain why Christians should not be afraid of Shari’a Law, she answered, “Shari’a is already here. And you didn’t even notice.” Ms. Ridley is a British journalist who converted to Islam after she was captured and held briefly by the Taliban shortly before the American invasion of Afghanistan in October 2001. By any objective standard, Ms. Ridley is an Islamic radical. (New English Review) Link 3/2/2008
Las Vegas Ricin Toxin Mystery At Las Vegas Motel Deepens -- As police tried to piece together how a rare, deadly poison ended up in a motel for transients, the 57-year-old man who could hold the key lay unconscious in a hospital. Adding to the mystery, police said firearms and an "anarchist type textbook" were found in the same room where the ricin was discovered two days later. Link 3/1/2008
CBS Does Experience Matter For The Presidency? Not Really -- On Friday’s CBS "Early Show," co-host Harry Smith interviewed the Managing Editor of Time Magazine, Richard Stengel, about the publication’s latest cover story on the presidential campaign entitled "How Much Does Experience Matter?," with a clear picture of Barack Obama’s silhouette surrounded by a holy aura of light (see picture). Smith previewed the segment earlier in the show by wondering: "Still ahead, the question of experience dominating the Democratic campaign, does it really matter?" Link 2/29/2008
NBC NBC Claimed Bush Allowed Al-Qaeda In Iraq Before War, Media Now Ignore Pre-War Presence -- While it is currently conventional wisdom in the media that there was no Al-Qaeda presence in Iraq before the 2003 invasion, as evidenced by the media's failure to correct Barack Obama's recent claim that "there was no such thing as Al-Qaeda in Iraq until George Bush and John McCain decided to invade Iraq," for several years dating back before the Iraq invasion, there have been media reports of former Al-Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's connections to Osama bin Laden, and his use of Iraq as a base to plot terror attacks against other countries before the war. In fact, four years ago, the NBC Nightly News claimed not only that there was an Al-Qaeda presence in Iraq before the invasion, busy plotting attacks against Europe, but that the Bush administration intentionally "passed up several opportunities" to attack terrorist bases in Iraq "long before the war" in 2002 because of fear it would "undercut its case" for overthrowing Saddam Hussein. Barack Hussein Obama Rezko Trial To Reveal A Real Culture Of Corruption -- With the corruption trial of one of Sen. Barack Obama’s longtime friends and supporters set to begin Monday in Chicago, Ill., reform watchdogs say it will reveal the "cesspool" of Illinois politics in which Obama came of age and has said little about in his campaign for president. "We have a sick political culture," said Jay Stewart, the executive director of the Chicago Better Government Association, "and that’s the environment that Barack Obama came from." Stewart says he does not understand why Obama has lectured others about corruption in Washington and Kenya but "has been noticeably silent on the issue of corruption here in his home state, including at this point, mostly Democratic politicians." Hassan Abu-Jihaad Prosecutors Rest In Navy Terrorism Case -- Federal prosecutors played secretly taped phone conversations Friday to show jurors that a former Navy sailor charged with leaking ship movements to suspected terrorism supporters used coded speech to discuss intelligence about military bases. In the calls, Hassan Abu-Jihaad, 32, of Phoenix, speaks of "fresh meals" and "cold meals" in conversations with associates. A "fresh meal" referred to useful information, while "cold meal" was code for outdated intelligence, prosecutors said. Link 2/29/2008
Associated Press AP Urges Supreme Court To Give Military Detainees Access To U. S. Courts -- The Associated Press, reporters groups and advocates for press freedoms urged the Supreme Court on Friday to reject Bush administration arguments that people held by the military in Iraq have no access to American courts. The government’s view, if ratified by the court in a case that will be argued in March, would make it harder for journalists and others who are detained in the heat of battle, particularly in urban areas, to seek their freedom, the organizations said in a legal filing. Goose Creek Judge Says USF Student Evidence Can Be Used -- A federal judge says controversial evidence against two USF students accused of having explosives can be used in their trial. Defense lawyers had challenged the use of evidence seized in a search of Ahmed Abdellatif Sherif Mohamed and Youssef Samir Megahed's car because of statements made over the radio by the deputies who stopped them in South Carolina. The men used terms like "terrorist" and Taliban" to describe the students, and lawyers argued that showed bias, and that the deputies didn't have probable cause to search the car. Despite those arguments, a judge says the search was legal, and the evidence gathered - including pipe bombs and a computer - can be used. Link 2/28/2008

Jihad Navy Says Leak Posed A Threat -- The U.S. Navy would have immediately changed plans had it known that details of ship movements had been leaked to suspected terrorism supporters, a top Navy official testified Wednesday at the trial of a former Navy sailor on terrorism charges. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison. Link 2/28/2008
Mainstream Media Fewer U.S. Dead Equals Less TV Coverage Of Iraq -- U.S. military deaths have also declined, falling from 126 in May 2007 to 40 in January 2008 and just 29 so far in February, with two days left in the month. Yet this good news seems to have diminished the media elite’s interest in broadcasting any news from Iraq. Link 2/28/2008
CAIR Return of the CAIR Quran -- In September of 2002, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) began an ambitious project, whereby thousands of libraries across America would be provided with sets of books promoting Islam. The books included a version of the Quran that was banned by the Los Angeles school system for having anti-Semitic commentaries. After a long interval, where CAIR appeared to have disavowed itself from the book, it (the book) has made a comeback -- a cameo appearance on CAIR's national website. The following was written as a reiteration of a recent past, when a radical Muslim group attempted to propagate hatred throughout our country, under the guise of education. Link 2/28/2008
Harry Reid Anti-war Fight To Continue -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid pledged on Thursday to continue trying to end the Iraq war even though he lacks the votes to force a troop withdrawal. "We'll be back," said Reid, D-Nev., noting that this spring the Senate will debate whether to approve an additional $100 billion for the war. The Senate also will consider legislation to rein in contractor abuse, he said. Link 2/28/2008
NY Times NYT Has 24% Approval Rating -- Just 24% of American voters have a favorable opinion of the New York Times. Forty-four percent (44%) have an unfavorable opinion and 31% are not sure. By a 69% to 9%, conservative voters offer an unfavorable view. The newspaper earns favorable reviews from 44% of Democrats, 9% of Republicans, and 17% of those not affiliated with either major political story. Link 2/28/2008
Michelle Obama Name Hussein Is "The Fear Bomb" -- Michelle Obama, who often has decried "the fear bomb" that opponents have used against her husband for his middle name, Barack Hussein Obama, said in Canton, Ohio, today that it is happening again and shows why it's so important that he wins election as president. "They threw in the obvious, ultimate fear bomb," Obama said today of her husband's 2004 Senate race. "We're even hearing [that] now. … 'When all else fails, be afraid of his name, and what that could stand for, because it's different.'" The senator's wife said that rivals use innuendo to play on fears. "Just as they're saying it now." Link 2/28/2008
Barack Hussein Obama Obama: Muslim Call To Prayer "One Of The Prettiest Sounds On Earth" -- Kristoff from the New York Times a year ago: Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset." Link 2/28/2008
Transportation Security Administration 8,000 Foreigners Received Illegal Pilot Licenses -- In one of the most damaging reports ever filed about the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), ABC news headlined yesterday with "9/11 Redoux:'Thousands of Aliens' in U.S. Flight Schools Illegally." The article paints a pathetic portrait of the TSA in a free-fall, unable to handle the most basic of its Constitutionally-mandated jobs. Link 2/28/2008
ABC ABC Pushes Islamic Victimhood -- The perpetrator of this hostility was an actor. The victim was an actor. The whole incident was trumped-up, rendering the significance of the reactions suspect to say the least. ABC could not, you see, count on a veiled Muslim woman encountering hostility anywhere in this U.S. -- otherwise, they could have simply sent her into a few stores and filmed the uncanned reaction. So they had to create an "Islamophobic" store clerk as well, to guarantee the outcome they wanted. Link 2/27/2008
Anwar Aulaqi Virginia Imam Aided Al-Qaeda -- Even before the 2001 terrorist attacks, American-born imam Anwar al-Aulaqi drew the attention of federal authorities because of his possible connections to al-Qaeda.
